Executive Summary
New technologies, marketing automation, and explosive digital media growth have rewritten how consumers behave and how businesses compete. Disruptive startups scale to unicorn status in months while legacy giants file for bankruptcy. The Fortune 100 list keeps getting reshuffled. Platform companies now dominate the global top 10, displacing banks, telecoms, and oil majors.
Citizens live on digital platforms. They expect government ministries, departments, and PSUs to serve them omnichannel — not in silos. Launching a social media handle was step one. The real job is transforming how citizens experience public services. E-services mean instant revenue realization for government. Digitized workflows cut turnaround time, reduce bureaucracy, curb corruption, and improve processes. But that requires policymakers to think beyond IT procurement. That’s why Professor Ajay Chhabra designed this program.
Digital Transformation Is Non-Negotiable
Digital transformation isn’t a project. It’s a continuous journey to stay relevant. Products, services, customer experience, talent, business models, culture — everything must evolve. Organizations that don’t transform become obsolete. Today, nimble startups launch daily and make traditional models redundant. This creates an existential threat for legacy players.
This program gives you a scientific, framework-driven approach to initiate and implement digital transformation successfully. It’s delivered by a 27+ year digital industry veteran and visiting professor specializing in Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies.
Why the Big Five Fail at Digital Transformation
Globally, hundreds of transformation programs led by top consulting firms are failing. Delays. Cost overruns. Zero real change. Most e-governance projects underperform relative to their budgets.
Why? Large consultancies push expensive software suites with 3-year implementation cycles and call it “transformation.” No framework. No change management. No ground reality. Result: 85%+ of digital transformation projects fail to deliver.
The 12E 75C Framework: A 360° Solution
To solve this, Professor Chhabra created the 12E 75C Digital Transformation Framework — a 360-degree approach to change management. This masterclass gives decision-makers the clarity they need on today’s media + tech landscape. It’s built for traditional leaders ready to upgrade their skills and drive digital growth inside their own organizations. The framework has been accepted and presented at international academic conference organised by leading University in India.
Who Should Attend
For Government & Policy Makers: IAS officers, State Public Service officers, PSU GMs and above, public sector bank leaders, EAs/OSDs to ministers and lawmakers, government and PSU training institutions.
For Corporate Leaders: Directors, CXOs, BU CEOs, P&L & Function Heads, Business Transformation teams, Innovation & Strategy experts, Board Members.
Why This Program Matters for Policymakers
India runs the world’s largest Digital Public Infrastructure. Aadhaar, UPI, CoWIN — we lead. Yet most e-governance projects still fail to create impact. Why? Because digital transformation isn’t about technology.
It’s about statecraft.
This isn’t another IT training. This masterclass aligns political will, process re-engineering, and people to deliver Viksit Bharat 2047.
You’ll move from digitization to true transformation. We decode why 85% of e-Gov projects fail — and how PRAGATI-style leadership fixes it.
Apply the 12E 75C Framework directly to your own department. Go from files to e-Files to full process re-engineering. Master India Stack — Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker, ONDC — and use AI, Bhashini, and http://data.gov APIs to solve your real problem statements.
We study live cases: IoT in Smart Cities. Blockchain for land records. Cybersecurity with CERT-In. But tech is only 20%. The real work is change management inside bureaucracy. Leading without authority. Taking Group B/C staff and unions along. Mission Karmayogi in action.
Learn smart procurement on GeM. Build budgets for social ROI, not just capex. Bake ethics and inclusion into design — digital access for rural women and Divyang citizens. Shift to data-driven policy with CM dashboards, UMANG, and citizen experience design.
Become a regulator for the digital economy — FinTech, HealthTech, drones, deepfakes. Unlock PSU-startup collaboration via DPIIT and GeM Startup Runway.
Pedagogy: How It Works
Live classes + self-paced modules + instructor-led group work. You’ll innovate, ideate, and present directly to the Secretary of your ministry or Director of your department.
No exams. You graduate when you submit one innovative digital transformation idea with a 30-60-90 day plan + 2-year vision, and pitch it to a panel of Senior Secretaries and NeGD experts.
The Outcome
You leave with 3 things:
The future of governance won’t be written in files.
It’ll be written in APIs, dashboards, and citizen trust.
Are you ready to lead it?
